Columbus Pride Festival Sponsorship Application

Please fill out this form if you would like to be a sponsor of the 2020 Columbus, Indiana Pride Festival. Donations made to the Columbus Indiana Pride Festival are a valid 501(c)(3) donation and a receipt will be sent for the donation for tax purposes. 

All donations can be sent to Pride Alliance of Columbus P.O. Box 966 Columbus, IN 47202, with Columbus Pride Festival on the memo line.

All donors will receive recognition on our social media sites as well as mention at the event. We will also be hanging a banner at the event with our sponsors logo’s and their donation levels (bronze, silver, gold).
